Week 1

The Beginning....
I am a hard working professional who does not have the time to workout, I am also a loving wife and mother of 2 beautiul young girls.

I am starting this blog to motivate myself to conquer a personal goal of mine and to possibly reach someone who is also at a stand still is tackling an obstacle.

From a lack of time in the day, to putting others activities before my own, or just not feeling up to it. Working out has never been a top priority of mine but realizing to conquer that hurdle I would need to change my thinking.

Please join me on my journey and I hope along the way I can help you to reach your goals as well!
Day 1 should have been the day my husband asked me to workout with him but I wasn't ready. Day 1 for me began the day I decided to make my goal as important as meeting that work deadline or making sure my kids had everything they needed for school.  I hear it constantly from many that you have to make a lifestyle change. This was going to be a big change for me because after work I love to come home and relax with my family but now it was going to be on me to make sure I incorportate at least 20-30 minutes of activity into my evening.

Week 2

Trying to hang on to motivation

After going so strong week 1 of course life happens right. With projects at work becoming more intense and having to bring more and more work home during the nights, working out just seemed unimportant and was put on the back burners for a couple of days. Not done so easily I must say as my husband continued to nag and demand to do something but i just wasn't up for it.
The week was not a complete wash as Saturday I did attend my dance class (LA Dance instagram link, promote). and after the class my husband caught me before I could leave to make sure I got my final Grindtime work in. (See video below)
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, comments, motivation tips at WHERE???

Week 3

What a week
As Spring tries to take full bloom so does the work load. From client visits, travel obligations, and presentation prep the spring/summer seasons become a little more demanding.  Not to mention trying to manage this home-work-life balance.

My family is what pushes me to work like I do, the ability to work hard so you can play harder is something that I've learned and try to teach my girls as well. We enjoy spending time together as a family and have shared alot of fun memories thus far and look forward to more in the future!

Please follow my girls on Instagram and Youtube MelzoShow (PUT LINKS UP). They love seeing when people comment and like there pictures and videos.
